We offer two ways to join our community. One option is as a member of the Reflect Collective which allows you to join our events and rent office space. This option requires you to be a fully licensed psychotherapist in Washington State.
The other option is joining our team as an employee of Reflect Therapy, our group practice. This option is open to both fully licensed therapists and associate licensed therapists in the Seattle area.

Our networking events and social events: Have opportunities to connect such as happy hour or a Mariners game
Profile in our directory optimized for SEO: Improve your referral stream and Google ranking by linking your website to ours
In-person and virtual “get notes done days”: Get community support for catching up on your admin tasks in our coworking sessions
Drop-in peer consultation group: Share a safe space with experienced peers to get new ideas and feedback about clinical challenges you may be experiencing as well as moral support around the challenges of being a therapist. Please note, these groups are open only to fully licensed therapists.
In-person continuing education events: Learn and grow with us on topics like Becoming a Social Justice Informed Clinician, and Making First Session Great. A focus will be on trainings that meet requirements for ethics CEUs and suicide prevention CEUs
Discounted headshots and video shoots events: Getting professional photos and video for your website can be expensive. Join us and get your online presence looking polished and professional for a fraction of the cost
Drop-in office hours for practice management: Get beyond the Facebook group discussions with live drop-in time to ideas and advice from peers on building and maintaining your private practice
Monthly psychotherapy book club: Every month we will read a therapy-related book that may bring new ideas to your clinical practice. We will meet at the end of the month to share opinions and insights from the book.
We give back: This year 5% of membership dues go to The Therapy Fund Foundation
Requirements: Be a licensed therapist (clinical social worker, counselor, psychologist, or marriage and family therapist) in WA and have an interest in connecting with other providers in a non-competitive, positive, and cooperative fashion. We require full licensure to participate in the peer consultation group so support is coming from other experienced clinicians and is beneficial for all. We are unable to offer supervision or consultation to associate-level clinicians. If you aren’t yet fully licensed, consider joining our team.

Starting in October, $50 a month or $500 per year for fully licensed therapists, and $40 a month or $400 a year for associate licensed therapists

Office membership
Looking for part-time office space? As a collective member, you have the ability to rent a furnished space in our Capitol Hill offices for as little as half a day per week, pending current availability. Contact us for more details on current openings and pricing.
